Exercise for the Day

Hello everyone,

I want to start by saying thank you for all the support and all the emails for the journal and the wonderful comments we are receiving for the journal information.

Today I want to have you create the day you want first thing in the morning so if you read this later in the day, no worry just do it before you go to bed.

To begin I want you to imagine what you want to accomplish today and actually see it in your minds eye. When you do this see what you actually want and get all perceptions into the image. If you have a hard time doing this or visualizing start with something very simple and with practice it will get easier.

Also if you have any questions please feel free to ask them on the comments section of the blog. If you have something personal to ask go ahead and e mail me at or call at 513-336-7172.

I like to make my exercises easy so try not to make this more then it really is. Just see what it is you want. Feel what it would feel like, smell what it would smell like, taste it as well and if you can get sound into the image do that as well. The more senses you can ad to the image the more effective it will be.
